All remaining fees will be paid on the first day of training unless prior arrangements are made with ABC Training & Assessment.
Deposits
A $50 deposit is required to secure a place on an upcoming course. This deposit is non-refundable.
Cancellation, Change and Refund Policy
A cancellation or date change made within 7 business days of the course start date will incur a $50 cancellation fee. The initial booking deposit will be used to cover this fee.
Advanced Bookings
For all forklift advanced bookings (1 day course), there will be a driving verification test on day 1 of training. If found not competent by the trainer, you will be automatically transferred into the 2-day beginner course on the following day. A difference of $150 will need to be paid in order to continue. Please note that if you choose to withdraw from the course, the $50 booking deposit will be forfeited.
Unique Student Identifier (USI)
From 1 January 2015 all students undertaking nationally recognised training delivered by a registered training organisation will need to have a USI. The Department of Education and Training regulates the application process for USIs. Failure to provide a USI by commencement of training will result in cancellation of your booking and a forfeit of the $50 booking deposit fee.
Conditions of assessment:
SafeWork NSW require high risk work licence assessment candidates to be over 18 years of age at the time of assessment and to provide a minimum of 100 points original evidence of identity documents. Assessment candidates may be subject to a scheduled or unannounced audit from SafeWork NSW.
Assessment is unable to commence until the evidence of identity documents have been sighted and recorded by the assessor.
Late Arrivals
Arriving late to a course affects the learning outcomes of all students. ABC Training & Assessment reserves the right to refuse entry to candidates who arrive late to a course. In this case, the candidate will forfeit the $50 booking deposit fee.
General
ABC Training & Assessment reserves the right to cancel, postpone or re-schedule courses due to low enrolments or unforeseen circumstances. Should this occur a full refund and/or an opportunity to reschedule (without penalty) will be offered.
ABC Training & Assessment reserves the right to change course fees, dates, content, trainers or method of presentation at its discretion.
ABC Training & Assessment take responsibility and follow processes to ensure our training and assessment practices comply with the National Vocational Education and Training Act and Training Regulator Act 2011.
ABC Training & Assessment is a training provider operating under a third party agreement with National Courses (RTO Number #41072).
ABC Training & Assessment will provide the training, National courses (RTO #41072) will provde the certification.
